Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance Management (PGDCM)
Program Educational Objective of PGDCM:
The PGDCM program aims to develop professionals who excel in complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity, empowering them to drive innovation and make a significant impact within the business sector. Emphasizing a robust digital learning framework, the program enhances essential skills such as people management, coordination, and emotional intelligence, preparing students to thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments.

The PGDCM program of CBUFT will ensure graduates are proficient in the following areas, considering the Learning Outcome Domains recommended by the Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework (BNQF):

Admission Requirements
Bangladeshi Students:
| i. |
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. |

A minimum GPA 2.50 in SSC/SSC (Vocational)/ Dakhil and HSC/Alim examinations or equivalent. Or |
| iii. |
At least one GPA 2.50 but an aggregate GPA 6.00 in SSC/SSC (Vocational)/Dakhil and HSC/Alim. Or |
| iv. |
Students from the freedom fighters quota or with physical disability may apply with an aggregate GPA of 5.00 in SSC/SSC (Vocational)/Dakhil and HSC/Alim. Or |
| v. |
Minimum 5 Subjects in O-Level and 2 subjects in A-Level with a minimum grade of B (GPA 4.00) in 4 subjects and C (GPA 3.50) in 3 subjects from any group. |
Foreign Students
| i. |
Minimum Qualification: 2-3 years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year work experience at the executive level. |

Minimum 14-15 years of education and obtained the same grades mentioned above in equivalent examinations from foreign/Local recognized institutions. |
| iii. |
Candidates with a two-year Bachelor’s degree will require five years of experience to be eligible for admission. Hence, the candidates' work experience must be accepted by the “Work Experience Equivalence Committee” following the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) guideline of BNQF. |
| iv. |
Candidates must appear admission test (oral) and should obtain a minimum 50% marks to be eligible for admission. |
| v. |
Students with a GED Diploma background will not be eligible for admission to the private universities. |
